Hi everyone.
This is off subject but didn't want to start new thread. I have just had a stoush with Commsec. I have been with them (too lazy to change) for decades and have just been handled really shoddily this past week so I am now very motivated to make a shift. Any recommendations? I don't need a full service broker but I wouldn't mind a half decent (and only half decent) charting package, a reliable trading platform and good transaction costs. I would also like someone that you can actually call if there is ever the need and you get a real person on the phone in a timely manner.
Cheers
