Question from a non-holder who is trying to conduct some investigations into the company.
I notice the companies second project is shown as "looking for an equity partner", with the amount of cash on hand why doesn't the company find development itself and retain complete ownership of the project?
Additionally, what was the thought pattern that led them to try our property development?
