    Fair to say the market doesn't think the company as it stands can get to mining stage - i think everyone knows that, hence, to me it really hinges on Riversdale getting a permit and by default Elan inherits significant value. Then as you say, it comes down to how much someone wants to pay for the resource. i agree, 12-18 months we'll have a good steer on this either way.
