Sincere thanks to you guys for sharing your take from yesterday’s AGM.

The presentation was certainly full of surprises - it was like opening Christmas presents when I was a young boy.

I think you guys and gals were spoilt to have MM in attendance - he knows Lulo like the back of his hand and it’s not surprising that L71/ L72 are close to his heart.

In the early days of exploration, under the protection of guards armed with AK-47s, he went to the trouble to visit those two sites, and for a very good reason. They obviously excited him back then, and still excite him today.

In hindsight they should have bulk sampled those two pipes years ago, however you need to understand that Project Lulo is a massive undertaking and it was very easy to lose focus on those two pipes. Let us not forget the difficult conditions we face operating in a country like Angola.

I was very pleased to see our first river diversion which has uncovered a thick layer of gravels with excellent grades. This is probably the way around bulk sampling L14.
