Not sure about that. Did anyone ask the question about the insurer? They will be paying out over $60 million and given the amount, I doubt they would walk away from their salvage rights, unless KPT convinced them the burnt trees were worthless. Perhaps KPT paid a pepper corn amount for the insurers salvage rights?
