Amigos, there have been some interesting recent announcements by Corazon, which I have been catching up on. It seems that the finding of the south pipe has been kept quiet until they could claim the new area. As recently reported:
"Chairman Mr Terry Streeter stated; “We identified this feature almost immediately in the new geophysical data, more than six or seven weeks ago. Since then, the main priority has been to secure tenure over the anomaly. So far, these targets are the only pipe-like bodies defined in the Fraser Lake area, an area that exhibits widespread sulphide mineralisation. This is what we’ve been chasing. "
IMO it is a very significant announcement because it could be the missing part of the puzzle - the discovery of the pipe that supplied the mineralisation of nickel sulfides to the entire Fraser Lake area. Because it is very highly conductive, it could be a column of high-grade intrusive nickel-copper-cobalt sulfide (fingers crossed). According to the company's announcement it is a very long carrot-like structure:
" The southern body is conductive from about 100 metres below surface, to at least 850 metres. "
