Will it get to 2c? I don't think so.
Based on it's revenue and growth, by standard growth SaaS metrics this business should be valued about 2-3c. However it does operate in a challenging niche where competition will be low and they've done a lot of good things in terms of operational and organisational execution.
This could certainly drop to 6c, possibly more though
However it's still challenged with one major issues which has 2 dimensions
a) they are either incompetent at selling their product
b) no one wants to buy their product
I'm sure doctors and nurses see the benefit. Hell I do. However the cheque writers and budget owners don't.
Rather than co-studies with Ramsey and 'strategic alliances' I would love to hear how this is being addressed, rather than waiting for Philips to do the hard work for them.
Maybe it's just too forward thinking or the market isn't ready for PCK. Apple didn't invent the tablet or the smart phone, they just delivered the right solution at the right time
