Hi Spid81 after you explained to the forum the new term sheet was actually a retake of the Term sheet from Bank A this new interpretation of off take agreement does not surprise me....
The Lindi project differentiated to peer projects by product being qualified for for alternative premium markets...Expandables and coatings while a reliable supply has never been established the Lindi project will grab first move advantage and grow into known markets....No wonder Wogan are keen to add additional supply...
They will be able to provide to all 150 plus applications...
