It's things like this, coupled with major advancements to smartphone/mobile technology (take Apple's stupidly powerful, stupidly efficient M1 chip), that make me believe that the 'doc-in-your-poc' model is about to explode.

The only thing our phones lack is some of the more advanced sensors, such as the one used in the example above. Imagine if they were readily available and could be purchased to enhance mobile health monitoring capabilities?!

Then imagine the flow on effects - that you don't need to leave your home if you want a general check up. Time saved in travel, carbon emissions saved, etc.. A bit of a goofy example, I know, but imagine if that was extended across multiple industries?! Even something as silly as using AR to see what a ring looks like, and MYQ's scan abilities to determine size requirements is a potential trip saved.
