I agree that the BOD has tried to deliver shareholder value.
They were very unlucky in the wells they farmed into with BYE .
If either of them had have come in it would have produced meaningful cash flow and a higher share price .
The pivot back to Australia looks good with a discovery of what could prove to be a good gas field in their first up drill .
The drilling of which we were free carried.

However investing in the share market is not a love in.
With hindsight ( which unfortunately we are never granted ) we all would be financially ahead at the moment if we had have taken up MAY's offer.

The free options with the credit raise was never a big deal to me .
Only 1 for 3 and they could not be traded.
At the time with the price of BYE higher than it is now the price of the raise looked good value to me.
We are now up 20% on the CR price .
Yep the major shareholder took away the cherry on top but it still has turned out to be a good deal.
Holders that took part in the CR should not be bitter with the BOD as they tried to get the deal through but they were stymied by their shareholders.
It is unusual that a deal like that gets rolled.

The pro rata options may present some trading opportunities if they are listed .
