Have a look at AVZ for an example of how financing could be secured for SRL. A strong bilateral partnership and then syndicated debt funding for the rest. SRL will have a lot of partner options on the table. Patience has always been needed with CLQ/SRL. They are searching for the right partner. Once that falls into place SRL could be away quite quickly. Debt funding can also come from many sources, including the fed gov.
