I fully believe High Purity Metals will be an IPO. Why? management just dropped that in to its last ann. HPM is a wholly owned subsidary, i hadnt heard they intended that before? Did i miss something? As far as i knew KRR had employed a full time HPA manager, not started an entire new child company.
What concerns me most is lack of income streams. We all know besides gov rebates they have income and no sales. how will they achieve anythjng with $5million, a JV or IPO or a dreaded CR is the only thing going for them.
It looks most likely theyll float HPM, probably with some BS SPP and use the funds from that to continue their lifestyle directorship.
im happy to be informed otherwise. And i hope the options hit but without positive product development i dont know how that will happen.
