To me this is not hinting at an IPO. It’s a subsidiary under one roof! Like other mining and exploration companies have more than one subsidiary under on roof! They’ll either JV or do more than one MOU of for their off take’s for enduser’s. Also, you can have a CEO of a subsidiary of a company, reporting to the head (Chairman) of that same company who calls the shots. Hence, why companies have Chairman/s, CEO’s, MD’s, Director/s and CFO’s.
