Can anyone explain the practical effect of "Resolution 8 – Approval of 10% Placement Facility" ?
It appears like being able to use the extra 10% of shares for cap raising would only apply if the market cap was UNDER $300m?
Given that we are currently under $300m, but have been above it recently, would that imply an incoming cap raise or would we not expect this provision to be utilised upon re-achieving a $300m+ market cap?
