When they were speaking so confidently yesterday about how they plan to choose the best possible offer for the remaining 34% available i was thinking phase 2 may be a conversation topic with off takers already.
Walk before we run is what we will hear for a while but we know we are in a better position than anyone else to help meet the demand we know is coming IMO.
