IMHO the biggest markets would include lung, breast and melanoma which probably spread into the bloodstream relatively early for detection. Pancreas would be good to find early but is not as common and doesn't often spread early. Ditto for ovarian or testicular. Renal also uncommon to spread if small. Prostate already has good testing regime. Gastric or biliary or liver cancer would also be interesting esp in high populations eg Asians. Interesting times ahead.
