No, I tuned in for the AGM. PC did not say Q1 22 and has never stated Q1 22 to the best of my knowledge. In fact he said everything has been finalized and novatti is waiting for APRA to issue the licence. He referred to the mastercard/visa licences and said they are in the same situation when they were waiting on approval from visa/mc. He also said something along the lines of the licence is out of his hands and everything has been submitted.
The only reference to Q1 22 that I can think of, is that funding will have to be renegotiated if the licence is not granted by Feb.
Looking at previous Radi and ADI approvals, it would appear Novatti is next in line.
