    I tuned in for the AGM. PC did not say Q1 22 and has never stated Q1 22 to the best of my knowledge. In fact he said everything has been finalized and novatti is waiting for APRA to issue the licence

    From the comment above, he has stated in his last few presentations that they are still waiting on apra
