Yes I came to that conclusion early on in 1999 , I had made US$25K from over time and put it with a company called Smith Barney in California , the broker recommended Pfizer , GE , and a couple of other big stocks I can not remember after 2 years the stocks had kept up with the market but were not shooting the lights out , so I went into investing on my own in Australian miners after seeing how the Chinese were melting down their storm water drain covers for steel , and the rest is history .
