Pretty important information there I would have thought, haven't seen that in any public releases. As in the Stage 2 (3x production) expansion is still subject to, or dependant on, obtaining increased port capacity.
Explains why not much spent on development in the previous quarter. They are not actually spending any money on the Stage 2 expansion because of the uncertainty regarding port capacity.
So they will keep burning through the $35m cash they raised (for Stage 2) as they struggle to get to even Stage 1 nameplate.
