Is there any major settlements due, or judgments between now and end of calendar year does anyone know?
-it would be great to burn a few shorts -looking primed for a run -bottomed out around time GS put a buy on it by the look -they only came 3rd in the ratings , but gs is about only broker i take much notice of -their buy on NHC was pretty impressive a while ago ( be a different analyst I know) especially considering both times were running against the herd !!
