They have the largest measured resource of any sop potential producer in the country, they have spent years drilling and understanding there brine and mapping the paelochannel. They are in best possible position to expand their output.
As for trucking mop back to site it wasn't to reduce cost to send 120kt of sop to port but rather overall. Ask any trucking company in the pilbara to send an item from site to perth and they will do it for very little cost as they have nothing on the back.
