Largest measured resource doesn’t mean they have the largest resource. Far from it.
Their measured resource is their only resource more or less and they are to be congratulated on getting it in the measured category. But this was relatively easy given the nature of the paleochannel and the ease of access with conventional drilling rigs.
The current work will give them some idea how hard they can pump but anyone who owns a bore knows you can only pump what the aquifer will yield. Their feasibility bore spacing and estimated flows will be ball park.
