Kiaka is going to be a large mine and processing plant and could have capex in the order of US$400M (my guess). They can't really fund it from cashflow alone (or they might be able to do but it could constrain the development timeline and/or other work they want to do at Sanbrado in exploration etc). A debt facility doesn't seem like a big deal.
