I would add that the moat DDR offer is yes " being the very best' but being able to do that over many years - that takes some doing. I would imagine facilitated by a very flat management structure, very focused CEO and team with very significant skin in the game. They don't waste money on a bunch of expensive consultants because they know the business better than the consultants.
