You need to talk to a retailer of their products and how they compare as a wholesale distributor/agent to competitors. An intimate knowledge of the products and their application and not just service but excellent service. I have a friend in the retail business and he cannot speak more highly of them and this is not just a recent description of what they offer it was described to me the same way in 2012 when I bought in at 48c.
