    There are many things that can be imaged by MRI. In fact the MRI is an image. It is the interpretation of the image which is useful. The nanoparticles needs to be clinically useful to increase market cap. IBX nanoparticles may be useful but they might not. Hence the trial and the current indifference of the market.
