I have no idea how the remuneration motion was passed not even a strike against the board.. listening to the questions from shareholders i think they did a fair job of holding the board's feet to the fire. None of them would have left that meeting in any doubt that holders are unhappy.

I thought the line of questioning from Fred Bart the previous Chairman of 19 years where he tossed around terms of commercial incompetence where he directly confronted Ben Greene about misleading the board and then noted Ben and the board are the only winners having banked fat salaries. It was around the 1 hour and 45 minute mark through to 1 hour 56 minute mark.

Icecreams I can understand why you have sold up and it may well be the right decision personally i will await the strategic review. Listening to that AGM i don't have a warm fuzzy feeling that good times are ahead but i will eagerly await the outcome of the review.
