Ben Greene's responses to everything asked of him were lucid as always.
This is a business whose customers are governments and as such is going to be swayed that much more by significant global events.
Seems some shareholders got used to the momentum at more buoyant times and expect it now. No doubt the shareprice has gone to sh.. but the company has definitely not. Shareholders demanding contract awards - not sure EOS can hurry those customers up.
Something about Fred Bart's questioning made me wonder what game is being played here. He was involved with them for many years so it seems a peculiar to take this public approach. At the time of Spacelink being considered, shareholders were told there was a 'memorandum of understanding' from major customers. Whether that was verbal or documented officially, I don't know. Perhaps it makes no difference. I get the feeling though that the agitation and stirring from that camp is different to the long standing shareholders annoyed at the pressure the company has come under due to Spacelink. Would love to know the backstory there.
EOS is caught in a bind. Shareholders liked the 'growth' company mc but don't like the risk to justify it.

I am ok with management's approach and congratulate them on running a complex manufacturing enterprise at the same time as grappling with strategic choices.
