In terms of the JORC Resource process, this video below provides a good summary.

In terms of the impact on the company's share price,it depends on the Discounted Future Cashflows the JORC Resource will confirm for the first 5 yrs production.

Given that Siren Gold's current market cap is only $38million at 39.5c share price, and there are only 7 gold deposits globally that have 1Million Oz at 5gt, where 5 of those deposits have been taken over in the last 6 months, then we should see a small rise in the share price if Siren confirms 500,000-700,000Oz at 5-7gt gold JORC Resource.

Then as per my post above, additional high grade drilling at Alexander River confirms extensions along strike and depth of high grade and bonanza grade gold, we should see upward lifts in Siren's share price.

If Rodan and Angus make any new discoveries at their other gold targets at Lyell, St George and Big RIver or at their newly acquired virgin ground at Langdon's Reef, then we would see new all time highs in the share price, we New Found Gold shareholders have enjoyed at Queensway in Canada.

For New Found Gold, it was a combination of high grade/bonanza grade confirmation along strike and depth at their Keates gold deposit, as well as confirmation of more high grade gold discoveries at Lotto and H-Pond that saw their market cap rise to $1.3Billion.

It is a gradual process where the share price and market cap lift with confirmation of extensions along strike and depth of high grade/bonanza gold at Alexander River and when new high grade gold discoveries are announced at new targets, once the JORC Resource is released, as the line in the sand.
