I would think that all those points and impliations would be correct and would be sure that Clifford Chance and Danish law firm Bruun Hjelje and Plesner would be on top of all those issues...

It was interesting to se that the selected Arbitrator for GML comes from Finland and is based in Swizterland... Finlands key energy source is Nuclear...

Will see how the Greenlanders go trying to get it heard in Greenland given that the Danes are also co- defendants.

I think that although the GoG are now going through due process that does not takeaway from the point that the Greenland Government have already via Naaja Nathanielsen clearly stated their position therefore it is important the the Arbitration process continuse. As the current timeframe on Due Process will take us to about November if it is 6 months......Getting close to when the licence renewal will fall due....
