    The delay at KL is apparently related to final heritage matters and the ability to schedule meetings with WDLAC. It sounded like they are ready to move on further mining leases and installation of an airstrip pending heritage.
    Ruane is very confident about the RWD process. Ruane clearly not a fan of flotation for SOP recovery. I don’t think RWD stand to learn anything from KLL or SO4 but they could probably teach them something.
