I somehow doubt they'll do it before the case with ASIC is settled. They'd need to know their fate before going there. They may even be restricted from doing a CR if they try before the case is finalised.

On a purely mathematical basis the company is undervalued, so for a small price it's not a bad bet for someone who believes there might be blue sky ahead, and that's what the indication has been with sales gaining upward momentum. The risk is ASIC and the Leadership. Take those away and buyers would be prepared to forgive the sins of the past where it looks like a buck can be make.
