Sam answered one of the two questions I posted. He explained that they are establishing a Joint Venture with the equity partners. This means they will own part of the project, and SRL shareholders will own the rest of the project. The strategic partners won't be able to sell any shares on market. My unanswered question was about the haul route for the autoclaves.
