All for a $15 mil market cap.

Plus a Thermal Grade Phosphoric Acid Project and a LFP Cathode Active Material Project both at massive margins in a battery industry with massive growth over the next 10 years with all the major MV manufacturers weening themselves from relying on China.

Its like buying FMG when nobody thought it could be done.
