I was told by a broker close to CHM regarding 1101, that city of hope hospital was experiencing staff shortages. Hence the slow down. I was also told that they are looking at multiple sites in the future so that hold ups will be minimilsed. i asked Jen chow in one of her online presentations what the hold up was and she wouldn't go into specifics.
