22/04/21 Completion First Patient Intraventricular Cohort 44 x 10⁶ CLTX CAR T cells.

24/05/21 Second Dose Cohort Initiated in CLTX CAR T Phase 1 Trial 88 x 10⁶ CLTX CAR T cells.

8/02/22 Encouraging Data from Second Dose Cohort in Phase 1 Trial.

15/02/22 “now enrolling patients in the 3^rd dose cohort”.

Dosage and route(s) planned as:

· Cohort 1 44 x 10⁶ CLTX CAR T cells ICT.

· Cohort 2 88 x 10⁶ CLTX CAR T cells ICT and ICV.

· Cohort 3 220 x 10⁶ CLTX CAR T cells ICT and ICV.

· Cohort 4 440 x 10⁶ CLTX CAR T cells ICT and ICV.

Slide 21 shows visually the advancement of the CHM 1101 Glioblastoma Phase 1 trial as very well advanced.

Slide 22 (Next 6 - 12 months) says (in relation to CHM 1101):

· Completion of GBM Phase 1 Dose Escalation.

· Second CHM GBM Trial Site Initiation.

· First Patient Dosed CHM GBM Trial Site.

· Initiation of CHM GBM Ph. 1 A/B Trial.

Given enrollments for the 3rd dose (were announced to have) commenced in February and it has been suggested that 3rd and 4th dosages would be completed in CY22, it would be good to see some specific news between now and the end of CY22.
