Nor should they be.
The board got hammered by shareholders who have every right to question them. Perhaps the board should practice what they preach and follow the science, rather than gifting themselves make up options after yet another dilutive CR and a long term down trend in SP?
And to be clear, I think it is likely the science here will make the world a better place.
