If you are happy with the STX offer, sell your shares at 22c and buy STX shares at 26c? It works out to be 0.846 STX share for 1 WGO share.
STX offered 0.775 STX share for 1 WGO share. So, you can keep some change in your pocket too, kind of script/cash offer.
