In order for me to not to completely misrepresent what was discussed, I will wait for the next couple of Ann's from management before I comment on what I believe. ( Not that far away)
Being involved in person to person discussions were far different than my initial impressions from print announcements only, and I did learn a little of the why's, hows whys and whens.
The board members were very personable and were happy to answer all enquiries, both honestly and without any perceived sandbagging.
Engaging with other investors as well, and hearing their concerns too was a definite learning curve.
All in all, was well worth the effort.
