I personally did not like the proposed partial takeover provision in the new constitution, which by simply majority (i.e. EMR by themselves) could decide to offer to buy just enough shares to get them above the 75% threshold.
I'm surprised 5% of the minority shareholders voted for the constitution, might suggest they had not researched what they were voting for.
I see overall 22% voted against Mr Burns being a director, compared to 4% for the other directors. Mr Burns is a carry over director from before the EMR takeover. Such a strong block suggests it was the chinese vote, which is unsurprising I suppose as the court cases are still active, and he is the sole remaining director from the times that the court case references.
