Well, Regal aren't even playing the buy some sell some game anymore, confident to just monkey hammer any bids daily to get out. Averaging over 500k shares per day, last day reported they sold 1.3M shares @ 22.c avg. This into a general market, commodity and min sand stock rally... why the rush and why so confident they are not leaving money on the table if good news suddenly dropped?

Put it this way, Regal's confidence in selling hasn't been contradicted so far by buying enthusiasm out of yesterday's AGM. Speaking of which, anyone turn up and care to add some colour for us on HC? The AGM's Toliara slide was a copy-paste from the TZMI presso, yet the Chairman's address noted...
