if you look back through the chart for the last ten or so years, there are lows like this once every so often, and often around this time of year. Regal are still a 7% approx owner in this thing, so they aren't fully divesting themselves by any means. The Americans would run for the hills before anyone Australian received the memo. I think the doom and gloom is really just a construction that is helping some to top up at cheaper prices.
