APC was still in the process of getting funding from NAIF and EFA when S04 had declared itself fully funded on 5/8/2020 and then the first of the multiple CR's happend on 11/12/2020 we were not in a position for a commercial debt piece then. The 140m NAIF loan was in March and EFA in April when the shit show at S04 really starting to burst, clearly banks have been hesitant since then. MS said yesterday he takes responsibility for not getting the funding as of yet. Frustrating that you could not ask your questions directly to himself at the AGM maybe that's what is required instead of whinning an moaning on here with no more enlightment at the end.
