Rookykid -- all companies can access their registers on a daily basis, and all companies via a Corps Act s672b request, can request the beneficial owners of all Nominee/Trustee companies. They chose to mislead investors by putting a slide in their deck that said Old Peak owned 9.7% of the Company "as of 22 May" without checking the details.

Unfortunately, this then raises the question of what else they are putting in their slides without checking.
