or they don't try to mislead and advise that the shareholder list is as of 4 months ago (March 2023 presentation with a shareholder list as of November 2022).
by your logic you would have been perfectly ok if the company said in the presentation "Cash at bank (22 May 2023): $115.3m" when in fact that was the 31 March 2023 number because that was the 'last publicly available information'.
