The NPV of one of the two growth projects is worth 190m
the NPV of Atlas 69 m ( post 40 m capex )
then we have the other growth projects yandanooka and Mcauls and value adding activities such as mineral separation plants and SR plants
A 20% premium won’t come close considering Li bought on the high teens to low 20s from memory. I think though a high teens bid would have chance for them to gain control as there would enough holders who would sell into that
