At least their forecast is now a little more realistic. I don't think the previous forecasts were grounded in reality and perhaps demonstrated a lack of operational experience (at least I hope it was that). If anything, this is a positive and should t surprise too many people. Hopefully they now realise it's important to communicate something they can deliver taking into account a range of execution risks and uncertainties. Time to start building credibility by delivering on what they say.
