Dom said the board didn’t support SJ because there was no time to discuss with major shareholders. Reading between the lines it sounds like Ahanna didn’t support SJ being appointed to the board.
Dom said he personally abstained from the vote because he didn’t want to vote against Ahanna’s wishes and didn’t want to vote against SJ.
