In my opinion if the Board was seriously considering using SJs talent and experience they would of voted for him.
If people care to look up the talk on here after the last AGM, nothing has changed, chairman came across as genuine and communication will improve.
The only chance we had of change was for SJ to be appointed to the Board. The Chairman didn't want him so I think a message has been sent that he doesn't want anyone changing the way the company operates, which in my opinion is unprofessional towards shareholders, and ASX rules governing disclosure.
In my opinion if the Board was seriously considering using SJs...
